Description

This Silica Alumina Carbon is a high-temperature material composed of silicon oxide, alumina and carbon. It is widely used in smelting and heat treatment processes in oil refining, chemical industry, steel and other high-temperature industries. 1. Efficient use: Through vacuum carbon deoxidation reaction, the Silica Alumina Carbon can flexibly control the carbon content. It use the residual carbon in the molten steel to remove part of the oxygen and a large amount of CO2 in the steel, reducing bubbles and defects on the surface of steel products.

2. High melting point: At the same time, the melting point of this material is around 1414 degrees, which has good thermal shock resistance and wear resistance. It expands slightly in high-temperature applications and has stable use effects.

3. Wide application: It is not only used as metallurgical deoxidizer, but also used in alloy production, such as tapping holes. It can be used in the impact zone of the furnace and is constantly in contact with high-temperature molten iron and slag to improve the yield strength and hardness of the metal.
