New Thermal Compensator

Description

This New Thermal Compensator is an additive used in the steel smelting process, with common ingredients as Mn, Si and Al. Generally, molten steel contains 400 to 800 ppm of active oxygen, which can increase the temperature of molten steel and cause a chemical reaction with it, thereby removing oxygen from the steel. Its main function is to increase the structural density of steel, giving it high hardness and smooth appearance. This additive is mainly used in the later stages of steelmaking and is added to the furnace in the form of blocks, powders or pellets to increase the smelting speed and save raw materials and power losses.
