Description

This type of Steel Shot Aluminum refers to spherical particles made by mixing carbon steel shot or stainless steel shot with aluminum powder through an atomization process. It is primarily used in metal foundries and metal fabrication shops as a steel deoxidation, case hardening application, reducing agent and alloy additive. Its surface density is 2.63~2.85g/cm3, its strength is 110~650MPa, it has a high melting point and can increase the smelting temperature to improve the efficiency of deoxidation of molten steel.
